Frequently asked questions
What ages do you take?
From 12 months to 5 years. The home has one mixed-age group, with up to 4 children and 1 adult.
Can I see the home before I decide?
Yes. Book a tour and come with your child. It takes about half an hour and you can ask anything.
What does a day look like?
Arrival, play in the cool of the morning, table time, a hot lunch, rest and pickup.
What does it mean that the home is certified?
That the Arizona Department of Economic Security has certified this home to care for up to 4 children. The certificate number is at the bottom of every page.
How many children are here at once?
Up to 4 children, ages 12 months to 5 years, with 1 adult.
How does tuition work?
It depends on your child's age, the schedule and the days a week. Cirila gives you the figures in writing at the tour.
What if Cirila is ill?
She texts every family early that morning, and the home is closed for the day. Nobody else cares for the children.
Who else is in the house?
It's Cirila's family home, and members of her family live there. Only Cirila cares for the children; ask us at the tour who comes and goes.
What happens in the summer heat?
The yard is for the cool part of the morning, with shade, water and hats. By midday everyone is indoors.
How do I join the waitlist?
Write or call us with your child's age and when you hope to start. When a place opens, we offer it in the order families joined.
Still have a question?
Call or write to Cirila, or come for a tour with your child.
