Safety routines

  • Drop-off and pickup

Each child is handed over in person, at the door, and goes home only with the adults on your list. We ask for ID from anyone we don't know.

  • One adult all day

Cirila is with the children from the first arrival to the last pickup, so you always know who is looking after your child.

  • Allergies

Tell us about any allergy at the tour. Once you enroll, we ask again in private, and the plan is written down in the kitchen.

  • Rest

Each child has a mat of their own for the nap, with a sheet and nothing else on it, in the quiet corner.

  • Clean hands

Hands are washed when children arrive, before every meal and after play outside.

  • Hot days

In the hot months the yard is for early morning. Every child has a water bottle, a hat and shade, and the afternoon is indoors.

Summer

Summer days in Marana

The heat comes first here, so the day bends around it.

  • Outside early

The yard is for the cool part of the morning, when the sand and the slide are still comfortable.

  • Shade and water

Every child has a water bottle, a hat and a place in the shade, and water play comes out in a tub.

  • Indoors by midday

Afternoons are for the rug and the table: stories, clay and a nap on a mat of their own.

  • What you send

A hat, a full change of clothes and sunscreen put on at home. Cirila applies more during the day only with your written okay.
